Wow. I didn't know this would turn out to be such a big issue. I guess everyone has asked themselves the same question (sooner or later). Guys, just one more thing: being at the beginning has at least one advantage – I can choose in which language I wish to code my plug-inns, for it’s all new to me and it doesn’t really matter. So: would it be any easier to code in VBA? How do you see LISP when compared to that programming language? Visual Basic vs. VisualLISP? Or am I just walking in circles here?
Thanks again, guys. You’re great!

Distribution of LISP applications …
Re: Distribution of LISP applications …
You're asking a bunch of common lispers whether they prefer visual basic?!?
CL plugins are easy to implement. Unlike other languages, by default CL makes the whole compiler/loader/debugger/etc. framework available in any program.
With RDNZL, it might even be possible to program plugins in C#; but it would be much harder than a native CL plugin.

Ooopssss ... my bad. Didn’t mean to offend anyone. Once again, I apologize. No doubt about it: this forum really works. Thanks guys. BTW: I guess I better not insist on getting my answer concerning VB? Just joking.
