Best of Lisp 2008 Awards Nominations

I'd like to take the next couple weeks to recognize people, products, libraries, and such that have made a big contribution to Lisp in 2008. The contributions can be to any Lisp dialect, not just Common Lisp. And yes, for short we'll be calling these the "Lispies".
I figured I'd suggest a few categories and then get y'all to throw in your nominations for each category and any further category suggestions. Then, I'll post each category as a poll and we can vote. Then we'll send out the awards in a couple of weeks.
My initial thoughts for categories are:
1. Most significant overall contribution to Lisp
2. Most significant new library
a. Common Lisp
b. Scheme
c. Other
3. Most influential person associated with Lisp
4. Most significant improvement to a Lisp implementation
a. Common Lisp
b. Scheme
c. Other
5. Most significant Lisp blogger
6. Most significant Lisp book, tutorial, or documentation first published in 2008
If you have any thoughts about these, post them in this thread. I'll collect it all and then set up the polls sometime next week.
