HOW TO CONVERT DECIMAL NO TO ROUND NO..
EX. 3.14 SHOULD COME 3. OR 3.78, 3.86 SHOULD ALSO COME 3.

Please don't use all capital letters, it is unreadable and distracting. In answer to your question, you want one of the rounding function, possibly FLOOR or TRUNCATE.
