problem with allegro cl..

so i installed allegro 8.2
problem is that it refuses to write in English (i have an English windows 7 with Hebrew enabled)
kind of a general question there, but ... help?

(if a better IDE exist for a beginner, ill happily migrate)

I guess you'll need to change the keyboard layout in Windows' control panel, and then change it back when you stop programming. There is an option to leave an icon in the notification area so that you can change it back and forth easier. If you have trouble, someone else can teach you how to find it, or I can when I get to a computer with Windows installed.
